I just want to thank you for your help - my longstanding
problem over some 30 months involved BIGPOND & l/LINE; ALSO
particularly MOBILE phone and in 4 weeks I was offered some
$600 in part resolution, BUT I persevered AND through using
your letter and writing to Telstra CEO and other key personnel
in telstra - RESULT .... today I obtained resolution, with
investigation of my local area exhange (ERINA NSW) which could
lead to upgrade under CEO's resolution program, which may
benefit many many others.........
